At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in hospitality consulting is required.

Candidates without hospitality consulting experience will not be considered or receive a response.

The successful candidate will be trained and responsible for the preparation of hotel valuations, feasibility studies, business plans and appraisal reports for hospitality properties. The preparation of reports includes:

• Travel
• Property inspections
• Area interviews analysis

• Review of property’s financial statements and other relevant documents
• Use of Microsoft Excel models and in-house databases

• Use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Developing graphics/maps and formatting
