Join a leading restoration team responding to fire, water, and mold emergencies across the Greater Duluth area. As a Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in addressing emergency property damage situations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Respond to emergency property damage calls including water, fire, smoke, and mold.
+ Perform water extraction, structural drying, and site cleanup.
+ Assist with demolition, removing fixtures, and securing structures.
+ Document job progress using photos, notes, and digital tools.
+ Maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment.
+ Participate in rotating on-call schedule including nights and weekends.
