**Construction Superintendent – Central Iowa**

**_-Pay: 85k–110k Full-time Position_**

**-Overview:** This role as a Superintendent oversees multiple commercial construction projects across Central Iowa, including remodels, tenant improvements, retrofits, and ground‑up builds. The superintendent manages daily field operations, subcontractors, safety, scheduling, and quality. This position supports the growth of a new Des Moines market with long‑term leadership potential.

***Responsibilities**

+ Lead multiple commercial projects within an 80‑mile radius of Des Moines
+ Serve as on‑site point of contact for subcontractors and field teams
