Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Commercial TI - Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 proven years of strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes as it relates to TI's and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Superintendent will serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency throughout all phases of construction.
