The role offers high-quality non-contentious and mixed construction work, including drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts, advising on procurement, risk, variations, bonds and guarantees. The team acts on a wide range of major projects across infrastructure, energy, housing, mixed‑use developments, student accommodation and distribution centres, advising a blue‑chip client base of contractors, developers and household‑name brands.
