The Project Foreman will coordinate site activities, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will maintain a well-documented project flow and address any conflicts that arise through effective communication and leadership. Your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Develop schedules in collaboration with general contractors
• Lead the installation of pool mechanical systems
• Promote a culture of safety on-site
• Conduct personnel evaluations and provide guidance
Requirements:
