Representative tasks and responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of subcontractor and vendor invoices. Ensure that the subcontractor has invoiced using the BCCI Subcontractor Request for Payment form and included a conditional progress/final waiver. Accurately enter and post all subcontractor expenses in the CMiC Image Manager Module.
• Correspond with subcontractors and other vendors to ensure accurate invoicing. Requesting revisions when submissions are incorrect and or incomplete.
• Effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding invoices processing obstacles due to budget discrepancies and overages. Ability to escalate issues to Project Accountants when contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications, approvals are not in alignment.
• Manage and track subcontractor lien releases for internal and external purposes.
