ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily site construction activities for viaduct and structural works. Coordinate project schedules, manpower, machinery, and materials. Monitor work progress and ensure project milestones are achieved. Review construction drawings, method statements, and work procedures. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and authorities. Attend site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues. Ensure smooth coordination between different construction trades and disciplines. Rectify quality issues and implement corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate with WSH personnel to mitigate site risks and hazards. Assist in procurement planning and subcontractor management. Maintain proper documentation for inspections, approvals, and project tracking. Control and manage project manpower productivity and resource allocation.
