Job Role & Core Purpose

The Construction Manager will oversee, coordinate, and manage all on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of active and passive fire protection systems. You will bridge the gap between engineering designs and physical execution, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the stringent quality standards required by Data Center clients (e.g., FM Global, NFPA, and local Bomba standards).

Key Responsibilities

• Site & Installation Management
  • Execution: Supervise and drive the daily on‑site installation of fire systems, including:
    • Water‑based systems: Pre‑action sprinklers (highly common in data halls), wet pipe sprinklers, fire pumps, and external hydrant networks.
    • Gas suppression systems: Clean agent systems (e.g., FM‑200, Novec 1230, Inergen) for server rooms and electrical spaces.
