The construction manager supports the project manager in reaching the goals of the project and in construction-related matters. The construction manager is directly responsible for the execution of the construction phase and the related schedule, safety, budget, quality and relationship with the client.

Tasks& Responsibilities:

• Acting as a construction expert in the Feasibility study, Basic and FEED phases.
• Compiling the contracting plan.
• Preparing the contract documents, supervision and coordination of contracts.
• Heading the technical part of the contract negotiations in cooperation with design.
• Planning and implementation of site arrangements.
• Managing the supervisory work of different work types in the installation, construction and start-up phase.
• Reporting on progress and threats to the project manager.
