Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Resolve site and technical issues effectively.
- Plan manpower, equipment, and construction activities.
- Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with BCA regulations and safety requirements.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant Singapore construction experience.
- Experience in building projects with main contractors preferred.
