• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  Oversee day-to-day operations, including manpower allocation, construction progress monitoring, scheduling, and cost control.
  
• Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively address project challenges, such as delays, emergencies, and site issues.
  Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
