Job Description
A client of Insight Global in the retail & technology sector is seeking Construction Project Managers to support the programming and coordination of sustainable building designs for customer fulfillment and logistics building programs. As a Construction Manager (CM), you will work with a broad set of stakeholders including Real Estate, Operations, Design, Launch, Startup, Delivery Experience, Legal and Retail to take the fulfillment center design from concept through the hand off to Operations. This position requires a firm understanding of engineering, planning, program management, contract administration and operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead the Request for Proposals (RFP) process and vetting qualified contractor proposals, assemble bid submissions and foster the selection of the design build contractors
• Coordinate with the designers, building teams, cost estimators to establish proper project budget, scope and schedule.
