Job Description
The Construction Manager will be embedded with the client to support multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration between all stakeholders involved. The role includes running meetings with the General Contractor and Owner, documenting daily reports from the General Contractor, subcontractors, and inspectors, and traveling to job sites in Pennsylvania and Delaware for 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and lead meetings with General Contractor and Owner.
+ Document daily reports from General Contractor, subcontractors, and inspectors.
+ Travel to job sites in Pennsylvania and Delaware 2-3 days a week.
+ Manage General Contractors and ensure effective communication among all parties involved in the project.
+ Act on behalf of the owner to oversee project progress.
