The Construction Manager leads new builds, renovations, and expansions of large-scale fulfillment and industrial facilities across the United States, with a focus on retrofit, expansion, and initiative projects. This role oversees all aspects of preconstruction, including design, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. The Construction Manager collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors project progress while ensuring compliance with design criteria, spending guidelines, and transaction policies. The position requires a bachelorβs degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, and it offers the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment supporting large, complex programs.
