Job Description

The Construction Manager will be overall responsible for all construction works on site and managing all resources for the construction works, such as personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

  • Responsible for the management, development, and planning of a Civil/Marine Works Construction Site.
  • Installing and organizing logistics, materials, and personnel.
  • Directing all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project, monitoring and coordinating work performed by Superintendents and workmen.
  • Leading, coaching, and managing several skilled and experienced site execution staff.
  • Making sure productivity objectives are met with the resources on site
  • Directing work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption of ongoing operations.
  • Planning resources and develop with the team the overall methodology for the construction works.
