We’re seeking an experienced, solutions-driven Construction Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, understands complex construction, has strong experience in demolition and tenant improvement work, and can drive daily progress, quality, logistics, safety, and stakeholder coordination.

As a Construction Manager embedded at the client’s site, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and Program Manager and work closely with design teams, contractors, inspectors, and operations stakeholders. You’ll serve as the onsite Owner’s Representative, responsible for ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with schedule, quality, and compliance requirements.
