About the Role

Aspect Personnel is recruiting a Construction Manager / Superintendent for a growing civil infrastructure contractor delivering works across power, utilities and essential infrastructure.

This role will suit a site-led construction professional who can manage crews, subcontractors, safety, quality, staging and daily delivery across civil packages including substations, underground services, foundations, drainage, conduits, pits and access roads.

You will work closely with senior management and project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially across live infrastructure environments.
