Construction Manager (Artificial Island) – Offshore Topside PMC Project

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee all civil and underground infrastructure construction activities for a major oil & gas topside facilities installation on artificial island. The role will be responsible for managing execution, safety, quality, schedule, and coordination of complex land‑based civil works, including piling, foundations, trenching, underground utilities, cable laying, and associated infrastructure installation. The position will be based in the office for some time before moving offshore on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Management

• Lead all onsite construction activities related to civil and underground infrastructure works.
• Manage construction execution in accordance with project schedules, specifications, drawings, and HSE requirements.
