**Job Description**

This role supports an advanced, fully automated volumetric modular construction facility that builds high-quality, affordable housing. As a Construction Laborer, you will work indoors in a permanent location, using modern tools and automation to help streamline production, reduce heavy lifting, and contribute to an innovative approach to off-site construction.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support the production of volumetric modular units in a state-of-the-art automated construction facility.
+ Work in an assigned department within the factory, as determined during the interview process, to complete construction and production tasks safely and efficiently.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to perform construction-related work such as measuring, cutting, fastening, and assembling components.
