Job Description
Seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to support construction projects by managing contractual notices, ensuring compliance, and coordinating across stakeholders. This role is critical to maintaining contractual integrity, documentation accuracy, and commercial alignment within a Contract Administration function.
Responsibilities

+ Draft, review, and issue formal contractual notices such as delay notices, change notifications, and claims correspondence in alignment with contract requirements.

+ Ensure all notices are clear, accurate, and delivered within required contractual timeframes.

+ Align notices with the Project Organization Plan and established document control procedures.

+ Verify compliance with Owner requirements including Code of Accounts, Change Control Plan, and risk management protocols.
