This is a leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performing accounting function that ensures financial accuracy, operational insight, and scalable processes across all construction operations.

What You'll Own

• Team Leadership — Lead and develop the accounting team, driving accountability and meeting 100% of critical month-end deadlines
• Project Accounting — Oversee job costing, billing, and financial reporting across all active projects with 95%+ accuracy
• AP & AR Management — Ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections within 7 business days
• Month-End & Year-End Close — Own the full close cycle with 98% reconciliation accuracy and on-time delivery
• Tax Compliance
