Duties & Responsibilities
Preparation and management of external audits across the Group Statutory records of all group entities (CIPC) Maintaining accounting records and recordkeeping of Group entities Preparation of annual financial statements of all Group entities Performing consolidation and preparation of consolidated annual financial statements Monthly consolidation of entities for group reporting purposes Ensure timely and accurate daily cashflow requirements and cashflow reports Adhere to timely treasury investment instructions Monthly reporting of operating costs Compliance with tax legislation and SARS compliance, including PAYE, VAT and Income Tax for Group entities Preparation and distribution of monthly management accounts of subsidiary companies Preparation of annual budgets for subsidiary companies Implement, enforce and adhere to adequate and strong internal ...
