Responsibilities

• Handle premium collections via calls, SMS, and email
• Follow up overdue accounts and prevent policy lapses
• Assist clients with policy reinstatement and requirements
• Promote payment channels (APA, online banking, e-wallets, OPMS)
• Update client records and monitor accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams and handle client inquiries
• Support campaigns to improve collections and retention

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related or relevant course (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• With or without experience (insurance/CSR experience is a plus)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
• Proficient in MS Office
