SUMMARY

The Connections Associate is responsible for casting the vision, strategically planning and daily implementing the activities and atmosphere of the Connections ministry at Pinelake's Madison Campus. The role is also responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining processes and systems for continued connecting, developing and multiplying of leaders and teams as well as implementing the One Church vision of connecting the Madison community to their next step.
