The Configuration Manager is accountable for implementation and direct execution of the process on a day-to-day basis in line with Organization Technology global standards within a given domain. Typically, a domain covers one or more geographic regions, delivery organizations, service lines or Customer Accounts. This includes managing all activities required to plan, identify, control, track, and audit of Configuration Items (CIs) within the Organization Standard Reference Architecture (SRA) Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
