We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Global IT Leader to lead and scale the company’s technology organization in support of growth, operational excellence, and value creation in a fast-paced private equity-backed manufacturing environment. This IT leader will be responsible for the company’s global IT strategy, infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, helpdesk, and digital transformation roadmap across a global footprint.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in private equity-backed companies, deep experience leading ERP transitions and SAP environments, and the ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
