We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Conference Services Coordinator to support the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events. This role is responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing client and vendor communication, and ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and can manage multiple priorities effectively. This position is onsite Monday through Friday.


Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events from planning through execution
