About this role:
Conference Registration Partners (CRP) are client-facing and focused on driving increased utilization of outstanding tickets that are issued to Gartner clients or are purchased stand alone. This allows the Conference Attendance Sales associate (CAS) to spend their time on revenue generating activities which will result in increased CAS sales and productivity.
What you will do:
Establish and maintain CAS and Research Account Executive relationships within territory
Conduct Account Planning sessions with account team
Work with ticketholders to align them to the proper conference based on their role and initiatives, help them get registered and plan their conference agenda
During ticketholder conversations, uncover potential upsell opportunities and ask for referrals to forward on to the CAS
