Job Description
We are looking for a Conference & Events Coordinator for a 12‑month fixed‑term full‑time role during parental leave. The Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end planning and delivery of conferences and events, including client liaison, scheduling, use of enterprise event management systems, coordination of catering and AV services, logistics, and financial administration and reconciliation.
The role operates in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with competing priorities and requires strong organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple events concurrently.
Key projects will include the delivery of academic conferences, student engagement events, cultural celebrations, and external events.
