**Job Title: Concrete Foreman**

**Pay Rate:** $28–$40 per hour

**Location:** Pueblo, CO

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on commercial concrete construction projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish, including structural and vertical concrete work such as walls, bridges, and box culverts.

**Required Skills (Needs)**

+ Proven experience as a concrete carpenter on commercial/structural concrete projects
+ 1+ year of verifiable Foreman, Crew Lead, or Supervisor experience
+ Ability to lead and manage crews of 10+ workers
+ Strong knowledge of structural and vertical concrete pours (walls, bridges, box culverts)
+ Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications
+ Experience managing projects from start to finish
