• FM certificates or qualification .
• Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management Operation .
• Having strong computer skills with hands-on experience in report preparation, and CAFM system operations .
• Candidates with experience in managing Facilities Management services within residential/commercial towers .
• Candidates with experience working under Owners Association management will be an advantage.
• Having strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance .
• Candidates must have good communication and teamwork skills .
