Job Details

• Location: 500, 155e Rue Saint‑Georges, QC G5Y 7R2
• Salary: 24.00 to 30.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware or software
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Provide customer service

Qualifications

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Information Systems Professional (ISP)
