Shift: (6:15 AM 2:15 PM) with days off most likely being Tuesday and Wednesday. We are a 24x7 data center, so we work weekends, holidays and bad weather days.



Summary

IT Computer operator is the person responsible for monitoring and controlling( Company's worldwide organization projects and priorities, load adjustments as require per projects) and batch balancing on all systems, Omega OCM / Cloud software and all computer systems in our company worldwide organization and all other in-house peripheral /software components , and interact with internal and external customers, vendors and support teams, monitor, identify, engage and resolve system alerts, support calls from internal and global omega users...
