Job Description
_SUMMARY_
Hennepin Healthcare has a current opening for a Computed Tomography Technologist II in our Computed Tomography department. This part-time (0.6 FTE) position will work every Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00pm to 7:00am. This position includes a $100 per shift bonus, a $5 an hour night shift differential, and a $.90 an hour weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift differential.
*A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible external candidates (former employees returning to HHS within one year are ineligible). *
Under the direction of the area supervisor, performs patient care and technical functions to insure proper radiologic diagnosis of patients.Performs Computed Tomography exams under the order of a licensed medical practitioner.
_QUALIFICATIONS_
* Follows ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable) principle; modifies radiation dose for individual patientβs exams in accordance with established age/weight specific protocols (including pediatric technique...
