Compounder - 2nd Shift - Job Description
As a Compounder on the 2nd shift, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving and measuring ingredients, mixing them, and ensuring compliance with all quality standards. You will handle a variety of substances, including liquids and powders, and will be tasked with maintaining precise documentation throughout the compounding process.
Responsibilities

+ Retrieve and accurately measure ingredients using scales.

+ Mix various ingredients and identify solids that need melting using hot plates.

+ Identify ingredients requiring dilution, dilute them accordingly, and record raw materials usage.

+ Verify the weight and contents of raw materials to maintain quality standards.

+ Conduct in-process batch inspections and document all process events.

+ Process liquid, powders, homogenizing, and spray dry methods of compounding.
