Sunreef Yachts, a global leader in the design and construction of luxury custom yachts, is expanding its operations in Ras Al Khaimah and is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Composite Engineer to join its growing shipyard team.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong Mechanical Engineering background and proven experience in composite design and manufacturing, preferably within the marine industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and efficiency of composite structures across high-value yacht projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models of composite structures and components
• Design plugs, molds, and tooling systems for production
• Prepare accurate 2D workshop drawings and technical documentation
• Provide technical support during yacht production and assembly
• Develop and optimize structural and construction solutions
