**Description:**
You will be the Component Engineer for the Hardware Engineering team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). Our team is responsible for the full lifecycle of components that power precision engagement aerospace and defense systems, from supplier qualification through delivery to the customer, ensuring reliability, traceability and compliance with strict defense standards.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Component Engineer you will manage component level risk, coordinate with suppliers and cross functional partners, and drive documentation, qualification and failure analysis activities that keep our programs on schedule and secure. You will act as the technical bridge between design, manufacturing, quality and external customers.
