Core Compliance

• Initial Compliance Review through Task central for all new and amended regulation (existing circular/regulation if not part of cermo database also to be included)
• Ensure CERMO data is update and co-ordinate self-certification reviews
• Regulatory clarifications
• Approval of Policies, Product Notes, Process Notes – ensure regulatory guidelines as per cermo database is incorporated and controls defined to ensure sustenance of compliance)
• Map the control document to every regulation para which will be referred by compliance testing during their review, ensure approval through idreams
• Compliance Risk Assessment
• Ensuring that the Bank is in Compliance with the relevant guidelines issued by various regulators in respect of the assigned functional areas, in...
