A dynamic and human size Trust company is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new client on-boarding
• Ongoing review of compliance files
• Ability to contribute and to improve the existing compliance directives and procedures
• Ongoing compliance support relating to both Swiss & international matters including reporting obligations (CRS & FATCA)
• To work closely with trust team to ensure completion of ongoing compliance objectives and projects
• Provide training to new employees on systems and compliance policies

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of client documentation and regulations in Swiss trust industry
• Good knowledge of CRS and FATCA regulations
• General knowledge of Swiss & international tax system and the local statutory requirements
