Job Description
The Compliance Officer (Project-based) is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of regulatory and documentary requirements related to business operations and projects. The role coordinates with government agencies such as BOI and DTI, as well as internal teams and external stakeholders, to secure necessary permits, registrations, and approvals in support of business and project execution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and coordinate regulatory requirements with government agencies such as BOI, DTI, and other relevant offices
- Prepare, organize, and submit documentary requirements for permits, registrations, and compliance approvals
- Monitor and follow up on the status of applications, permits, and submissions with external agencies
