The Role

Every successful business needs someone who ensures the rules are followed and the foundation is solid, and that’s where you come in. As a Compliance Monitoring Officer , you’ll be the guardian of the company’s integrity. You’ll make sure policies, procedures, and controls don’t just exist on paper, but actively protect the business while building trust with clients and stakeholders.
You’ll be part of a supportive Compliance Team in South Africa, working closely with our Associate Director of Compliance abroad, ensuring together that the company remains safe, compliant, and future‑ready.
