Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the undersigned in managing corporate compliance matters for various group companies in Singapore and Dubai
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, regulatory submissions, and corporate documentation
- Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and compliance trackers
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, external advisors, auditors, and company secretaries
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management on compliance requirements
- Support board meetings, including preparation of resolutions and minutes where required
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and internal policies across jurisdictions
- Degree in Commerce (or equivalent qualification)
- Qualified Company Secretary / Inter Company Secretary certification is mandatory
