Position Name - Sr. Manager -HR Compliance & IR

Key Job Responsibilities: -

1. Employee Relations: Act as the primary link between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
2. Union Negotiations: Handle collective bargaining agreements, negotiate with trade unions, and resolve disputes. Visit to factories / project offices for ongoing discussions related to settlements and follow up visits to ensure the proper compliance.
3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company policies to minimize legal risks which includes:

• Renewal of factory licences of factories
• Renewal of Licences/Registration under Shops and Establishments Act at HO, R&D Divn. and other Project Offices.
