• Draft and update compliance policies, SOPs, circulars, and FAQs

• Interpret and implement regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with regulators, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders

• Review consultation papers, regulatory updates, and compliance frameworks

• Conduct compliance training and awareness programs

• Monitor adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal processes

• Prepare reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions

• Manage and mentor a compliance team
