Job Description
- Attends to all government permits and compliance
- Safekeeping of all original copies of government documents
- Ensure that all government documents are updated
- Ensure that BIR payment is updated
- Acts as Plant Pollution Control Officer (PCO)
- Ensures that all expenses and purchases of the refilling plant assigned is properly recorded and encoded
- Ensures that based from the expenses and procurement made, a summary of this report should be made.
- Ensures proper encoding of Monthly Alpha List Data Entry (SWAT) and filing to the concerned agency.
- Ensure that a copy of 2307 is attached to the summary list of purchases
- Prepares monthly withholding taxes-compensation 1601C and files the same to the agency.
- Prepares monthly withholding taxes-expanded 1601E and files the same to the agency.
- Ensures that Quarterly Relief Data Entries are encoded and filed.
