Purpose of the Job

As the Compliance & Investigation Manager, you will be the guardian of integrity across Belgium and the wider Europe Zone. This role blends meticulous legal compliance with bold, strategic leadership. You’ll lead internal investigations under Belgian law, especially the Private Investigations Act, while championing Europe-wide antitrust and compliance programs. Your dedication to doing things right and your ability to drive results and influence senior stakeholders will be essential in keeping our business protected and principled.
