A specialist SEN setting in Barnet is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands-on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs. This is a practical, hands-on support role. The school needs someone caring, resilient and confident working with pupils who may need communication support, sensory support, personal care or structured routines. What the role involves: - Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP-linked needs - Helping pupils access learning and daily routines - Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff - Providing consistent, patient and reliable support What they are looking for: - SEN, care, support work, school or youth work experience - Someone comfortable with practical support - Patience, resilience and strong communication - A person who can stay calm and consistent throughout the day Pay: £95 - £120 per day Loc...
