Support Worker – Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP)

We are proud to deliver our Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP) —a specialist service comprising ten self-contained one-bedroom properties. This service provides dedicated, person-centred support to single individuals and couples, including those with accessibility needs.

SHAP has been specifically designed to address critical gaps in homelessness provision, supporting:

• Individuals with long histories of rough sleeping or complex needs
• Young people aged 18–25 who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness

Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) , ensuring every individual is supported with dignity, compassion, and understanding.
