Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young people with complex needs? We’re looking for a compassionate, resilient school Support Worker to join a specialist school team in Sefton, Liverpool supporting pupils aged 3–19 in small, nurturing class settings.
Who You’ll Be Supporting
Children and young people with a wide range of needs including autism, PMLD, SEMH, sensory processing differences, and communication challenges. Every day is different—and every child deserves someone who sees their potential.
The Role
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support across the school day
Assist with personal care, emotional regulation, and communication strategies
